Refund and Returns Policy

At ZingPulse, we strive to deliver high-value financial coaching, investment tools, and digital services that empower your financial journey. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund. Please review our policy below.


1. Refund Policy

A. Digital Products & Subscriptions

Due to the nature of our products and services (which are primarily digital and subscription-based), we follow a strict no-refund policy once access has been granted or services have been delivered.

However, we may consider refund requests in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Accidental purchase of the wrong plan

  • Technical error in billing or access

Note: All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date and will be processed at the sole discretion of ZingPulse.

B. Consultation & Coaching Sessions

  • If you are unable to attend a pre-booked session, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

  • No refunds are provided for missed or late-canceled sessions.

  • Refunds may be considered in cases of service failure or coach unavailability.

C. Courses & Learning Programs

  • Once a course is accessed/downloaded, it is non-refundable.

  • In case of non-delivery due to technical issues, we will ensure the product is delivered or a credit is issued.


2. Service Cancellation

  • You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time via your ZingPulse dashboard or by contacting us at connect@zingpulse.com

  • Cancellations will stop future billings. No pro-rata refunds will be given for unused portions of the current billing period.


3. Exceptions & Disputes

We are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to extraordinary circumstances, please write to us at: connect@zingpulse.comInclude your full name, transaction ID, email used for purchase, and a brief explanation. All disputes will be resolved within 5–7 business days.


4. Chargebacks & Abuse

Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first is considered a violation of this policy. If we identify abuse of the refund process, we reserve the right to terminate your access to ZingPulse services.
